SPICY, MEATY, CHEESY ROLL

Versatile classic, at least in Finland. I suggest experimenting with different fillings.

EGG ROLL

INGREDIENTS:

For "dough":

6 eggs

5 dl milk

1.5 dl flour

1 teaspoon salt

 

For filling:

400g ground beef/pork

1 bell pepper

1 zucchini

1 leek or onion

4 garlic cloves

Grated or spreadable cheese that you like

Strong Tex-Mex style spices recommended

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Find a bowl, crack eggs, add in milk, flour, salt and mix everything like a dough. Pour on a baking sheet and place in a 225°C oven for 15 min or till firm, then take out and let it cool.

2. Get the meat, dice the vegetables and fry everything, season with spices and let it brown. Layer it over the egg sheet and add some of the cheese on top.

3. Carefully roll the egg sheet into a tight roll. Add more cheese on top of the roll, and place it back into the oven till the cheese turns crispy. Enjoy.
